Terms and Conditions
- The vehicles are fully insured, free of charge, in the event of damages to third parties.
- The lessee is responsible for all damages to the vehicles, unless it is proved by Police report that he was not in the wrongdoing.
- The lessee is responsible for paying: fuel and traffic fines.
- In case of any accident, the lessee must inform the company of the exact location of the damaged vehicle.
- The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle in the same condition as they received it, and at the same location, failure to return the vehicle at the agreed time and date, will result in a surcharge of 5€ per hour.
- The lessee is obliged to replace the vehicle in the event of it being stolen or part thereof.
- It is forbidden to lend the vehicle to third parties who are not mentioned in the contract.
- The Company holds no responsibility for any accidents caused by the lessee and or the passenger. Money is non-refundable.
- Driving off-road with the vehicles is prohibited.
